Another beautiful sunrise on the bay. One reason I love my job!
During the last couple of charters we found plenty of breaking rockfish under the gulls across the Bay. We caught our fish trolling and jigging with good action doing both. We still see a bluefish or a chopped off bait which, suggests that there is still a few of them around, but they have pretty much packed it up for the winter. I see more and more gannets all the time hanging around schools of bait suggesting that the bigger rock are getting closer. Any day now! Stay tuned!
